Dr. Ngera is the Director, Marketing and Corporate Affairs, Britam Holdings Plc. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the United States International University. He is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He has served in various roles in the Company including General Manager, Agency Operations and National Sales manager – Life Business.

Ms. Beth Munga is the Director of Investments and Infrastructure of the Pioneer International University Trust Kenya. Ms. Munga has previously worked with Provident Capital Transfers Limited (U.K) as a Director of Payment Services and with Equity Bank Limited Kenya as a Financial Analyst. She has interests in Capital Markets, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Payment Services. Ms. Munga holds a Master of Science in International Securities, Investments and Banking from the University of Reading Business School of Financial Markets (UK), Master of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Stirling (UK), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Eastern Africa Baraton.

Mr. Aosa is the Director, International Insurance Business at Britam Holdings Plc. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration both from University of Pune. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and Associate of the Insurance Institute of India (AIII) and is a Chartered Insurer. He has served in various roles in the Company including General Manager, Marketing Manager.

Mr. Santos is a Certified Information System Security Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Electronics, Lisbon Portugal and has extensive qualifications in Information systems security, networks, programming, and administration. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Information Security from University of London. He is the General Manager at Inovatica Servicos, LDA in Maputo, where he provides consultancy, infrastructure monitoring and security auditing services. He is also an Executive director in Matanuska Farm

Mr. Bettencourt is a senior business and financial advisor with over 15 years’ experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Finance from Golden Gate university, USA, a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Certificate in Digital Money from TUFTS University. He is a former senior associate at INTAMO Financial advisory, member of the Mozambique Business Advocacy Fund Management team and the co-creator of the SME financing platform. He is an affiliate of American Management Association, co-founder of the first Mozambican Business Angels Association and a former Governor Assistant of Rotary Club. Mr. Bettencourt has undertaken many consulting assignments throughout Mozambique and in the United States, focusing on business planning, financial structuring, and fundraising.
